Born in Zanzibar
The Brasserie was built on a simple idea: that the Indian Ocean and the open grill belong on the same menu. We sit at the crossroads of Zanzibar's spice-rich heritage and a love of properly sourced, precisely cooked meat.
Every steak is Grade A South African beef, supplied by Butcher & Grill and cooked to your exact liking. Every piece of seafood is caught fresh from the waters right outside our door. And every cocktail is mixed with the island's flavours at heart — passion fruit, mango, lime.
This is the kind of place where a long lunch stretches into evening without you noticing. Where the table next to you is celebrating something, and by the time your dessert arrives, you've forgotten what you were in a hurry for.
